Please read the requirements and rules below and complete the application for consideration. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come first-served basis. Only 10 spots are available. Once the application is received, you will be notified via email with a decision within seven days. Your spot is confirmed when Savoy approves the application and fee is received. The application deadline is Sunday, June 30. This is a rain or shine event.

Food Truck Requirements and Rules

FEE AND PAYMENT
The non-refundable food truck fee is $100. If selected, the fee is due within two weeks of acceptance email. We will accept cash, card, or check. If you must cancel, a written notice is required. The event is rain or shine.

REQUIREMENTS
The following documents must be submitted with the application:
• Business license
• Most recent health score – Must be an A
• Menu with prices
If selected, the following document must be submitted before payment is received:
• Certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming Georgia Museums, Inc, as additional insured

RULES/RESTRICTIONS
• Food trucks are responsible for complying with State of Georgia and Bartow County health and regulations.
• Electricity is not available.
• Ice is not provided.
• Grease/oil must be securely contained.
• Menu and pricing for all items must be clearly listed for customers to see.
• Food trucks must be staffed at all times when the car show is in progress.
• Food trucks are responsible for providing their own cash.
• Food trucks are responsible for collecting the appropriate sales tax on all items sold.
• Food trucks must leave space as they found it, with no trash or other debris. A dumpster will be on site.
• Only service animals are allowed on the property.
• Smoking, vaping, and weapons are prohibited on the property.
• Alcohol cannot be brought onto the property.
• Music or other sound machines are prohibited.
• Savoy Automobile Museum reserves the right to remove any food truck from the event who does not adhere to all Rules and Regulations set forth by Savoy Automobile Museum.

SET UP/BREAKDOWN
• Food trucks will be assigned a spot upon arrival.
• Food trucks must arrive and set up between 7:00 am – 10:00 am.
• Vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area as soon as food truck is in place.
• Food trucks must remain open from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm unless notified by Savoy staff.
• Food trucks must be off the showgrounds no later than 5:00 pm.

I have fully read and understand all the details and agree to abide by all Rules and Regulations that are part of the contract. I, at this moment, agree to indemnify and save harmless Savoy Automobile Museum from and against all claims, damages, actions, judgments, decrees, penalties, liability, and expenses in connection with loss of life, bodily and personal injury, and damaged property arising out of, or from, the use and occupancy by the vendor of the premises or any part thereof. The vendor also agrees to hold Savoy Automobile Museum harmless and not responsible whatsoever for loss, theft, burglary, robbery, and damage to property of any kind, including truck, vehicles, equipment, supplies, etc. of the vendor, invitees, or any of its kind, etc. By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and will follow the Rules & Regulations set forth by Savoy Automobile Museum for The Connection Car Show.
