Visitor Information
There is no need to guess directions, wonder about accessibility, or question if photography is allowed in Savoy Automobile Museum. Remove all guesswork by referring to the below visitor guide to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. HIGHLIGHTS TOURS
The docent-guided Highlights Tour is offered every Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 11:00 am and is limited to 15 people on a first-come-first-served basis. This tour is included with regular admission to the museum. Tours last approximately 60 minutes long.
Directions
From I-75, take exit #290 (Georgia Highway 20) and head west approximately 2.5 miles. Take a right onto Highway 411. Savoy Museum is located immediately on the right.
While in Cartersville, be sure to inquire about our nearby sister museums Booth Western Art Museum (boothmuseum.org), Tellus Science Museum, and Bartow History Museum.
Parking
There is free parking on the museum property.
Handicap parking is available. For additional assistance, call guest services at 770.416.1500.
Savoy is not responsible for any personal items left in vehicles or unattended on the property.
The parking lot at Savoy is gated at closing. Any vehicles left on the property will be towed.
Accessibility & Service Animals
The one-story floor plan of Savoy Museum easily accommodates a smooth entrance for wheelchairs.
Wheelchairs are available for museum visitors to use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pets are not allowed inside the Savoy Museum. However, service animals are permitted.
A family bathroom is available.
Strollers & Bags
Strollers are permitted in the museum.
We require that guests’ bags (including purses) not exceed 12”x 6” x 12” in size.
- All bags are subject to being inspected and tagged.
- Bags not meeting our policy can be securely stored in a complimentary locker at the museum entrance.
- Our largest lockers available are 17”x 9”x 34”.
Photography and Flashlights
Feel free to bring your camera for personal use, except where prohibited as marked.
Flashes, selfie sticks, monopods, and tripods are prohibited. Flashlight use including one on a phone is not allowed.
Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

Smoking
Savoy Automobile Museum is a tobacco free campus. No tobacco, including smoking and the use of smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or vaping devices, are allowed in the museum or on the grounds.
Weapons
Savoy Museum is a weapons-free facility. Firearms, weapons, and explosives are strictly prohibited.
