RADwood is an event movement in the automotive hobby world devoted to celebrating the 80s and 90s automotive lifestyle, The name RADwood, was coined by co-founder and COO Warren Madsen, and it is a take-off on The Goodwood Revival. The Goodwood Revival is the only historic motor race meeting to be staged entirely in a period theme located in England. It is an immersive celebration of iconic cars and fashion. The term “radical” was adopted by users in the 70s, which meant “at the limits of control”. During the 80s the term was shortened to “rad” and was used for “cool” or “awesome”. This exhibition showcases vehicles from the Savoy Collection that were built in the 80s and 90s.
